・All of our items are being insured. When you don't receive your order within the expected delivery time, please just let us know. We will then collaborate with Japan Post to search for the item. And, when the item gets lost, we will refund the full amount you paid or send another copies, based on availability.
・We are proud of our timely communication, when we confirme your payment, when we ship the item, we will send a notice to the regietered e-mail address.

We usually ship the items within 2 business days. We send them by Japan Post regular air mail, of which standard delivery time is about a week to USA, Canada, European with some exceptions, Oceania and Asia (details by country) . Insurance and tracking number is included.

(1) Item lost on delivery

International deliveries sometimes get delayed due to various uncontrollable reasons. When you don’t receive the item within the expected delivery date, please check your local post office, postal web, or just contact us. We then will try to locate the parcel by communicating with Japan Post, and when the parcel cannot be found, we will refund the full amount or send another copy, based on the availability. For details, please refer to OUR TERMS AND CONDITION.

(2) Item damaged on delivery

If the item is damaged when you receive it, please let us e-mail. Please attach a photo of the damaged item so that we can see the impact of the damage. We will then negotiate with the insurer to pay for the damage, and then will refund you the amount. Alternatively, you can return the item to us when it is damaged. We will pay for the return shipping when we receive the item back. For details, please refer to OUR TERMS AND CONDITION.


Purchasers can return the item within 2 weeks after they receive it. Please pay for the return shipping and make it registered. When we receive the item we will refund the amount paid excluding the shipping.
When the item is damaged, defect, or different from its item description on our shopping site, we will refund the full amount (including the shipping) and also we pay for the return shipping.
In either case, please send us a message before you send it us back.
