TERMS AND CONDITION

1.OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS

We will ship the item(s) within 2 business days of the order. We offer the following shipping options;

  1. Standard delivery: We ship by SAL of Japan Post. The delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks to North America, Oceania, most countries in Europe and Asia. For more details, please refer to the delivery chart.
  2. Expedited delivery: We ship by regular air mail of Japan Post. North America, Oceania, most countries in Europe and Asia. For more details, please refer to the delivery chart.

2. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Our customer can cancel or change the order within 24 hours of submitting the order.

3. OUR RETURN POLICY:

Our customers can return the items within 2 weeks after they receive them.
* If the item is defect, we will pay for the return shipping and also we refund the full amount, including the shipping.
* Otherwise, the customers should pay for the return shipping. The item must be returned with unopened and unused condition. When we receive the item, we will refund the amount, excluding the shipping.

4. OUR Policy for LOST Items:

We protect our valued customers from loss/damage on delivery. When you don't receive the item within the expected delivery time period, please let us know. We will search for the item from Japan Post, and when it is not found, we will refund the full amount, or send another copy of the item, based on availability.

*In case the parcel is sent back to Japan because of the following reasons, we will ask the purchasers either to pay the shipping cost again to resend the item, or refund the amount excluding the actual shipping cost
(1) the shipping address is insufficient or incorrect
(2) the parcel has stayed at the local post office waiting for pick up for a certain period (depending on the countries or locations but usually a month) but no one has not come to pick it up nor contacted the post office (usually in this case the parcel will be delivered back to the senders).

5. OUR policy for defect items/damages on delivery

We ask our customers to inform us when the items are defects or damaged on delivery. We will compensate up to 20% of the item price (depending on the impact of the damage). Or we will give a full refund or send another copy of the book when the customers wish return the them.
